SALZBURG ARTIST RESIDENCY 2022

I had the opportunity to study a new series of dye plants in the beautiful city of Salzburg, Austria for a month with a live work studio above the Kunstlerhaus Museum. I found an amazing variety of local plant materials to create color. Inspired by the landscape of the Alps mountain range, the beautiful Salzach river and 15th century architecture, I created small works that incorporates, wool textiles and embroidery on paper with a variety of resists.
